Publicar en el campo de la salud mental es esencial para avanzar en el conocimiento científico, mejorar los tratamientos y reducir el estigma asociado a los trastornos mentales. La difusión de investigaciones permite validar la eficacia y seguridad de nuevas terapias, guiando a los profesionales en la elección de los mejores tratamientos. Además, compartir resultados fortalece la colaboración internacional y multiplica los recursos disponibles para abordar problemas complejos. Publicar también ayuda a sensibilizar a la sociedad, promoviendo una mayor comprensión y aceptación de las condiciones mentales, y apoyando políticas de salud más inclusivas y efectivas.
